Zendesk Ticket

The Zendesk Ticket node creates new tickets in Zendesk through the API. It enables workflows to automatically escalate customer issues, log requests, or generate follow-up tasks directly in your Zendesk support system.

Configuring the node

  1. Click in the node header.
  2. The Configure Zendesk Ticket dialog will open.
  3. Enter the Node Name.
  4. Provide the Subject of the ticket.
  5. Enter the Description with details about the issue or request.
  6. Enter the Requester Name.
  7. Enter the Requester Email.
  8. Add any relevant Tags (e.g., support, urgent, follow-up).
