Analytics

GenAssist provides a comprehensive analytics system to monitor user activity, system performance, and customer interactions. All analytics are available in the Dashboard, which serves as the central hub for tracking key metrics, trends, and live data.

In addition to the Dashboard, analytics are also accessible in dedicated tabs in the left-side navigation panel: Analytics, Conversations, and Operators. These tabs allow users to explore specific areas of data in more detail and perform management tasks where applicable.
